Nina’s yoga path began in Puerto Rico. When she moved to the island in 2004, she found a yoga studio right next to her home and met David Kyle, who became her teacher and mentor. With him she completed her 200h Ashtanga Progressive training at It’s Yoga Puerto Rico (2006), the root of everything she teaches today.

Rocket has been at the heart of her practice ever since:

2013 · 50h Rocket Level 1 training
2014 · 2019 · 100h and 50h advanced Rocket trainings
2021–2023 · Assistant to David Kyle in his Rocket teacher trainings in Barcelona
2022 · 30h Rocket Level 2
2025 · Licensed Rocket® Trainer, 500+ hours (Level 3), with Ana Pau and Mireia
2026 · Ashtanga intensive in Puerto Rico

Based in Barcelona since 2007, Nina has been teaching for almost twenty years: classes, workshops, trainings and retreats in Spain, Europe and beyond. For her, Rocket is freedom within the form: a strong, playful practice where students challenge themselves with kindness and return to their inner center.

Beyond the mat, she is a respected astrologer with a strong following in Barcelona and across the Spanish-speaking community online.
