Taylor Johnson

Taylor is an E-RYT 500 who specializes in numerous yoga and fitness styles, but Rocket Yoga is one of her deepest loves. Her goal has always been to strengthen, empower, and uplift those she teaches. To her, Rocket is so much more than just physically working and exerting your body. It is all about honing into your intuition, self-expression, self-love, and self-empowerment. It is through this belief that she helps guide her students to feel like their truest, most badass, and authentic version of themselves. When taking class with Taylor, expect to be challenged, and to tap into uncharted territory of your mind and body, leading to the fullest expression of your potential.

Taylor has over 1800 hours of training in various yogic studies. She has been practicing Rocket since 2018, and has completed over 300 hours of Rocket training and 300 hours of training in Ashtanga yoga through Bodhi Yoga Academy. She has had the pleasure of training in these formats with David Kyle, Pat McCleaf, Irene Pappas, and Samantha Vetrano.

Taylor has assisted four 50-hour level one Rocket trainings with Tam Burke at SOL 19 Yoga.
