started practicing the rocket around 2011 with Fred Williams from It’syoga and got certified at Asta yoga in 2013 to teach the rocket routines under the guidance of Rene Henley and Steve Pyka. A long time student and highly influenced by David Kyle I completed my advanced rocket certification from him at Yoga East Austin in 2021.
