Maryel Quintero

I started my yoga journey back in January 2018, as a new year’s resolution: to try something new. With every class, I felt more and more at home with my body and mind, and eventually fell in love with the practice. After 2 years of consistently practicing, and developing a deep spiritual connection within it, I decided to complete my 200-hr Vinyasa training. After teaching for a year, and wanting a new challenge for myself, I went to a Rocket class to see what all the buzz was about.

Rocket led to Ashtanga, and a year later, to  training a with Patrick McCleaf for my 50-hr Rocket certification.

I am sometimes describes as zen, but when needed, bring high energy vibes. I am an old soul, looking to bring awareness to the mind-body-soul connection to my clients through movement: either in a gentle flow or in high(er) power Rocket flows.

I like to remind my clients that wellness comes down to 4 main components: A functioning body, a centered mind, a calm heart and a connected soul.
