Giulia Iurza
Born in Naples in 1991, I have studied dancing since young age and moved to London in my 20s to start working professionally as a contemporary dancer. As a mover, I’ve been working with the body since my all life.
What brought me to yoga is the will to find a stability and a steadiness when everything around was just chaos.
My intention is to guide students to find their own truth, to work hard but with a light heart, and to get empowered through the practice so they can be fearless even when they walk off the mat.
The practice I share is an invitation to connect with the trust our body has been waiting for all along. And all the while not taking ourselves too seriously… its just practice.
