Hi there, I’m Nai.

I chose to quit my job and the chaotic city to live close to the beach in Sardinia. Yoga was only the beginning of a long journey that I am so grateful to have started and that gave me the opportunity to start knowing myself. Since then I never stopped exploring new yoga styles and experimenting new worlds, in order to share my learnings with others. I believe being a good teacher goes hand in hand with being an excellent student too.
