Hi rocket crew!

I’m Giulia and i live into the deep Tuscany countryside. I teach in my own studio, Lila Yoga where, of course, we practice (also) rocket. And the people love it!

Over the years, I have attended several trainings conducted by several teachers but rocket immediately hit me so hard. So I decided to sign up to my first rocket TT in Rome with Christiane, followed by another in Milan e the last one with David to complete the L2.

Come to practice to fall in love with this practice, to feel the energy that cames out and to feel gratitude for your body.
