Hi! My name is Vasiliki and I base my teaching on my own dedicated practice, living by the philosophy: ‘Practice what you teach, teach what you practice’. Guided by ethics, truth, and trust, I share my love for Yogasana through classes that strengthen the body, cultivate awareness, and calm the mind.

As a devoted practitioner and lifelong student of Yogasana, I bring dynamism, joy, and playful energy into my teaching. As an Authorised Rocket Yoga Teacher, I honour the lineage while making the practice accessible, creative, and empowering. I encourage students to give their best within a safe, supportive, and inclusive space.

My experience extends beyond dynamic vinyasa practices. I am trained in meditation and pranayama (breathwork), as well as Pre- and Postnatal Yoga, Children’s Yoga, and Yin Yoga. This diverse background allows me to skilfully adapt my teaching to different ages, bodies, and life stages.
