My journey as a certified yoga teacher and dedicated Ashtanga student took an exciting turn when I first encountered Rocket Yoga! Encouraged by a friend to attend a teacher training with the Licensed Rocket® Mentor Lita Sattva, I found myself immediately captivated. It felt like love at first sight! The dynamic, invigorating flow of Rocket Yoga was unlike anything I had experienced before, and it ignited a deep passion within me.

After undergoing the training, the experience became even more magical. Rocket Yoga pushed me to question and explore each aspect of my practice, driving me to deepen my understanding and commitment. The structure of Rocket Yoga, which offers modifications and variations, allowed me to experiment and find new ways to challenge myself. The incorporation of  breathing practices with different tempos added another layer of depth, helping me to connect more profoundly with my inner self.
