Level 1 – Rocket Teacher

I discovered Rocket Vinyasa when I randomly joined a Wednesday night class with Davina Davidson (YogaOne/Houston) in 2014. The class both challenged and inspired me. I kept going back and never stopped practicing.

Since then, I dabbled deeper and completed a series of Rocket Vinyasa yoga teacher training.

  • 100 hours with David Kyle, and Pat McCleaf, Sara Gross, Gil Perez
  • 200 hours with Carson Clay Calhoun
