Emma Heshon

I’ve always been drawn to movement. From a young age, I trained in gymnastics, ballet, and various other styles of dance. These early experiences formed my love for moving my body and naturally led me to yoga. When I took my first yoga class over 10 years ago, I felt an instant connection. I loved how movement blended with mindfulness and allowed me to tune into my body in a way I hadn’t before.

Yoga became a steady part of my life when I started working in the corporate world in my early twenties. Stepping onto the mat provided me with a space to breathe while I navigated a busy, and fast-paced environment. I wanted to share this subtle yet profound practice with others, and embarked on my journey to becoming a yoga teacher in 2023.

As a teacher, I aim to create an inclusive space where my students can move freely, be playful, and breathe while building strength and flexibility. I believe in yoga for all and feel passionate about offering classes that are accessible yet strong and dynamic, giving everyone the chance to experience the power of movement through yoga.
