Hi! I’m Danila, a licensed Rocket Yoga Teacher based in Rome.

I was born in Rome where I currently reside, I learned on my own skin that it’s never too late to learn, with dedication and perseverance everything is achievable and as Larry Schulz said – You are stronger than you think you are!

In yoga, as in life, curiosity and a desire to learn have kept me growing and moving forward. I teach Vinyasa Flow (RYT250), Rocket (Rocket Yoga, Yoga Alliance Advanced YA100H, Progressive Ashtanga Vinyasa), Yoga Nidra (WYA25).

I have been practicing Yoga since 2009, first Hatha Yoga, then Vinyasa and finally Rocket and it was love at first sight.

I was already familiar with Rocket Yoga and during the pandemic, looking for new inspiration, I took a TT of Rocket Yoga and since then my personal practice has completely changed.

After the first TT of Rocket and the physical and mental transformation it brought me, I did a second TT of Rocket to deepen this beautiful practice.

Teaching gives me a different energy to face my life bound in office work or family entourage and it allows me to meet people from every part of the world and with different lineage.

Taking care and sharing is my mantra!
