Paula Hernández

Hey!

I’m Paula, a Certified Rocket Vinyasa Teacher who loves to share her love for this practice. I discovered Rocket in 2023 and became quite obsessed with it, as it was gathering all the elements needed to keep me motivated, flexible and strong. It makes me feel alive!

Until the start of 2025, I was living in Madrid where I kept practising with many amazing Rocket teachers and deepened my own practice. Now, recently moved to the island of Gran Canaria where I aim to keep sharing my love for Rocket

I am certified with 100h Rocket Vinyasa with David Kyle and Babi (Bárbara Parra), and 50h of Mysore, focusing on hands-on adjustments. I also teach Vinyasa yoga and mobility flows, so I like to get creative to add that flowy and challenging vibe to my sequences.
