I am an Ashtangui practitioner, following the traditional Mysore method. My yoga journey has also been enriched with Rocket Trainings with David Kyle and Mariana Cisneros. Even though my main practice is Ashtanga, I love practicing Rocket Yoga. Rocket makes me feel free, creative, and strong.

I believe yoga is a powerful tool for self-discovery, where we can unlock our deepest emotions and face our fears through understanding our body. My practice is rooted in the belief that our bodies hold the key to profound healing and transformation, and I am passionate about guiding others to experience the same.
