I love teaching people who are in the middle of big life shifts – traveling, seeking, expanding. The kind of people who are open to exploring something new, especially outside the structure of their normal lives.

I’m not called to teach in traditional studios. I want to teach all over the world – on beaches, in hostels and retreats, wherever people are gathering to connect and grow.

I’ve studied yoga in Austin, Ecuador, Nicaragua, and Colombia, and I’ve taught in Texas, Colombia, Panama, and El Salvador – with Costa Rica up next.

My classes are fast-paced and breath-driven, with lots of movement, music, and moments to play and get creative. I want it to feel like a reset and a celebration at the same time.

I teach to help people feel fully alive in their bodies, to connect with the present moment and to remember that health feels gooooood!
