Antonella Lizzola Rocket Vinyasa Certification with David Kyle at Yoga East Austin

I completed my first 50-hour Rocket Yoga training in April 2025, in Auatin Texas. Coming from a background in the structured practice. of Ashtanga, I found that Rocket Yoga aligns beauttifully with the set sequences i’m used to.
After finishing training, which i hope to repeat as often as possible, I discovered that yoga offers not only structure but also freedom: flights, variation, endless ways to explore movement and breath.          Rocket yoga has become a new door that’s just beginning to open for me and i step through it with excitement, ready to dive deeper into a path that brings both light and joy.
