Being an Ashtanga practitioner I attended my first Rocket workshops in 2018. After that I started my trainings path with a 40h Rocket 1 and 40h Rocket 2 trainings with Ricardo Martin, 16h online training with Darvina Plante, 50 Level 1 with Manu Oria and 50h Level 1 with David Cabezas.

I teach Rocket since 2022 in Ashtanga Yoga Ferrol yoga Shala in Ferrol, Galicia, Spain
