Hi!

I’m Jose, from Palma de Mallorca, a beautiful island in Spain.

At the end of 2023, I was lucky enough to take a Rocket Yoga teacher training with David Cabezas. Until then, I had no idea what Rocket Yoga was, but from the very first class, I knew it was exactly what I wanted to practice and share.

With a foundation in Ashtanga Vinyasa and the freedom to be creative, I decided to keep learning. I did another teacher training in 2024 with Amanda (Mana), and in 2025, I had the opportunity to complete yet another training with David Kyle.

As human beings, we naturally like to share what makes us feel good. When I realized there weren’t many Rocket Yoga options in Mallorca, I decided to do my part and bring this wonderful style to the island.

I enjoy sharing the practice with humor, patience, and kindness.
