Practice and All is coming !

My name is Eleonora, I am originally from Italy but I live in Dublin since 4 years.
Alongside my full-time role now at LinkedIn, I practice and teach yoga. My journey into yoga began during my university years, when I first discovered the physical aspect of this ancient practice. It quickly became a grounding force in my life, and I’ve never looked back since. My studies in languages and translation, exposed me to different cultures and ways of thinking and this influenced my teaching style, blending global perspectives with timeless yoga wisdom.

My vision is to help busy people reconnect with themselves, right where they are. I started practicing ashtanga 3 years ago and it hooked me with the discipline and committment to the practice aspect. Thanks to my teachers here in Dublin I found out about rocket and I discovered also the fun transitions and challenges of this practice! I enjoyed attending the first 50hours rocket training in Barcelona with David and hosted by Ana Pau, the energy was super powerful and I learned a lot about adjustments and how to include new aspects of different practices in my own practice but also in my vinyasa classes.

I aim to create a space where students and people can explore their inner selves, cultivate mindfulness, and find balance in their busy lives, and this is what I love to share and transmit with and throughout yoga.
