Since I came in contact with the discipline of Yoga in 2019, I couldn ́t stop sharing it.

I feel the practice has unified all my searches by bringing them to the body and giving me so much consciousness, and from that place I love teaching it.

Knowing that I contribute to the individual well-being of those who receive the practice, and in therefore the collective and universal well-being, guides and inspires me every day to continue on this path.

Also, I have a handpan, which I play during meditations and classes.
