I’m a pole athlete and coach who eventually practica Vinyasa and felt drawn to a yoga poster — a Rocket Yoga Teacher Training — and decided to go for it. I’m deeply grateful to myself and to life for crossing paths with this journey.

I felt like I connected with things I already knew, but didn’t know I knew.

I loved the philosophy and the way it helped me connect with my mind, body, and spirit through movement.

I’m happy with the results — grateful and eager to keep learning, to keep sharing.

And if it’s ever possible, I hope to one day plant a small seed in someone else’s life,

so they too can find their path, find balance in this life, and discover inner peace through yoga.
