Steven Fredrics Martinez is a passionate and certified yoga teacher with over 200 hours of training in Power Yoga and an additional 100 hours in Rocket Yoga. With a dynamic and uplifting teaching style, Steven brings energy, precision, and heart to every class he leads.

From land to sea, he has guided students in studios across Florida, at Lululemon events, luxury apartment communities, and currently teaches on board Virgin Voyages cruises. His mission is simple: to help students feel stronger, lighter, and more connected—on and off the mat.

Steven’s philosophy as a yoga teacher is rooted in the belief that movement is medicine, and every class is a chance to reconnect with the body, the breath, and a sense of joy. He aims to create spaces where students feel strong, supported, and seen, whether they’re flowing through Power Yoga or flying through Rocket.

To Steven, yoga is about transformation—from the inside out. It’s not just about how the poses look, but how you feel walking out of the room. His goal is always to guide students toward that feeling of lightness, strength, and freedom—with a little sweat and laughter along the way.
