Manuel Ridocci Rocket Vinyasa Certification with David Kyle in Madrid 2025

I’ve discovered meditation in 2013 in a David Lynch talk, but it wasn’t until the end of 2022 when I received my first yoga class. It was a Rocket Yoga session on top of a mountain with Fidel Fontaine in Madrid at the end of 2021, and as a former breakdancer I fell in love with it. From 2022 I started practicing Rocket and Ashtanga and then in 2023 Jivamukti Yoga as well. Today I’m a Jivamukti Yoga Teacher and I recently did my first 50h TT with David Kyle in Madrid in 2025.
