When I encountered yoga, I was sucked in by an invisible force, which made me imagine being abducted by aliens and taken to their spaceship.
In all its facets, yoga has awakened in me a 360-degree feeling that involves body, mind, emotions, and subtle, profound, and powerful energy.
Through teaching, I hope to bring my authentic soul, my true being—imperfect, fragile, but also strong, explosive, determined, and joyful—in the hope of being able to help someone, to generate in others the same spark that my teachers have ignited in my heart, with experience, wisdom, and love, increasing in my students the desire to stay, continue, and “grow.”
To do this, I strive to create engaging, profound, fun, and incisive lessons, but also calming, restorative, and beneficial, attentive to individual and group needs and fully available.
