Adrienne Atchley

Adrienne grew up in Texas and has called Austin home since 2015. She began her yoga practice over a decade ago and became a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher in 2023. Since then, she completed an additional 100-hour training, followed by her first 50-hour Rocket Teacher Training in 2025.

Adrienne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and previously worked as a psychometrist at a neuropsychology clinic, where she developed a deep interest in the mind–body connection.

Adrienne’s classes are playful, inclusive, and grounding—encouraging students to explore, stay curious, and connect the body, breath, mind, and spirit in an authentic way.
