i started practiced in La Paz, Mexico, was a awesome place to meet Yoga. In the same time i combined whit run and beach activities. How the yoga touch my life, was on the way stress relief and phisichal and menthal improvement. Since that they i traveled with my mat, and i practice almost every day. i had been in awesomes studios around United States and Mexico, where i learned in each practice . Rigth now i practice in Hermosillo when the communitie its growing, im gratefuel for all the teacher that helpme in the path , awesomes souls that encourage to improve my selft, in the mat and out of the mat. Hope some day i can bring back all the knowledge received. JAI!
