Francesco Lucherini Rocket Vinyasa Certification with Ambra in Florence 2025

After completing the first 50hrs of training with Ambra I yearned to know more about the Rocket Lineage, I wasn’t satisfied to know by heart the two sequences, I wanted to deepen my knowledge of the sequences and get a deeper understanding of the inner workings of the asanas and how they connect one to each other in the sequences.

I attended the second 50hrs TT with Ambra Vallo in Florence from 8 to 12 October 2025.

The more I know about the Rocket, the more I practice it, the more I guide classes and the more I want to share the love for the practice. It changed me and I reckon it has to power to change everyone who’s willing to commit to the intensity of its practice.
