Caterina discovered yoga after a lifelong journey with movement — from her early years in artistic gymnastics to earning a degree in Exercise Science. Movement has always been at the core of her life, but it was when she found Rocket Yoga that she truly felt at home.

She deepened her practice and training in Indonesia, and in Rocket Yoga with Ambra Vallo and David Kyle, integrating the dynamic, empowering, and playful spirit of Rocket into her teaching.

Dividing her time between Italy and Bali, Caterina shares yoga as a path of strength, awareness, and freedom, inviting students to explore their full potential and the joy of moving with presence.
