I’m a Rocket Yoga teacher based in Liverpool, grateful to be part of a vibrant and ever-growing yoga community. It’s been a place where I’ve connected with incredible people and built friendships that mean the world to me.

I completed my first 50-hour Rocket YTTC with Leon London and Helen Downey in Liverpool, whose guidance continues to inspire me to grow—both as a teacher and as a lifelong student of the practice.
