I started practicing yoga when I was 17.

In 2023, my teacher Mariana Cinsneros introduced me to Rocket Yoga, and I’ve had a wonderful teaching experience with her. I’m passionate about sharing the Rocket style because of its creativity and because it invites practitioners to explore their limits and overcome challenges—especially mental ones. For me, it has been a practice of great growth because of where it takes me: working with discomfort while simultaneously enjoying how fun it can be to create and share as a group.

I’m a social anthropologist and I enjoy discovering how yoga reveals the uncertainties of our culture. Rocket is an infinite universe waiting to be discovered.
