I’m a newly certified yoga teacher and long‑time Rocket Yoga practitioner, having immersed myself in the practice for the past six years. I love Rocket for its balance of strength and control, creativity and structure—an approach that encourages exploration without rigidity. My intention in teaching is to create a space where students feel supported to play, challenge themselves, and move with awareness and autonomy.
