Rocket Vinyasa Diploma Tijuana 2026 with Mark
My yoga practice is rooted in presence, using breath and movement as a way to return to myself both on and off the mat. Through consistent practice, I’ve learned to move with more mindfulness in my daily life, pausing to breathe through discomfort, responding with awareness instead of reaction, and finding ease even when things don’t go as planned.
On the best days, yoga reminds me to trust, to soften, and to begin again with a sense of lightness. On the more challenging days, it offers me strength, flexibility, and the space to feel, release, and reconnect. This duality is what continues to draw me deeper into the practice.
My experience with Rocket Yoga has deepened this connection, inviting me to explore strength, creativity, and play within my practice. Rocket has taught me to embrace both challenge and joy, to move beyond perceived limits, and to trust my body in new and empowering ways.
As a teacher, I hope to create a space where students feel supported, seen, and empowered to explore their own journey. My teaching style is both energizing and grounding, encouraging students to play at their edge while staying connected to their breath.
I feel deeply connected to the Kula Yoga community, a space that represents connection, growth, and belonging. It is here that I hope to share this practice with others, welcoming anyone who is open to moving, breathing, and discovering more about themselves.
I teach because yoga is not something that can simply be explained, it must be experienced. My intention is to guide others toward that experience, so they can feel their own transformation in a way that is personal and meaningful.
