I have been teaching 6 years, and although I don’t have my level two rocket yet I have been heavily influenced by the rocket and ashtanga styles. I’m fiery, playful and supportive offering clear stepping stones to progress. I believe yoga is a discipline that if practiced with integrity will harmonise body and mind to reveal the soul.
