Rebekka Gogou

Rebekka Gogou is a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-500RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). Rebekka Gogou was born and lived in Athens, Greece. She is an actress, aerial performer, yoga teacher and always yoga student.

Originally practicing yoga from 2008 and having had a daily practice  Rebekka has a deep love and respect for yoga, finding it empowers her with strength, tranquillity and make her more conscious. She comes from an Ashtanga background and this powerful practice has influenced the dynamic flow classes she now teaches.

She is the owner of Balilo studio in Athens  now teaches Hatha,Vinyasa, Genttle Yoga, Rocket and Cyoga. She is also a provider, leader teacher and organizor of 200hrs YTT.

Her classes embrace the joyful rebel spirit of The Rocket focus on connecting the breath, movement and the bandhas. Her aim is to guide others so as they may also experience the many amazing benefits of yoga to the body, mind and soul.
