Hello! I’m an Oakland-based Rocket instructor! I have been leading The Rocket since 2018 and have built a fantastic community of fierce Rocketeers – we practice on Mondays and Wednesdays in the grand lake area of Oakland at Left Coast Power Yoga. I offer a playful and vigorous class that stays very loyal to the series, informed by over a decade of yoga and nearly 30 years of dance.
