Casie Falkinburg

Hi! My name is Casie (pronounced KC) and I am a 26 year old gal that is on the path of yoga. I am a 200 hour RYT, Rocket Yoga Certified and soon will be certified in many other styles of yoga as well. I personally have experienced incredible change in my mind, body and life just from inviting this practice into my world and I will never turn back. Sharing this with others brings me so much joy  🙂 I strive to change as many peoples lives as I can in the most positive way.
