Climber since forever, experiencing yoga since 2014.

After the struggles in my very first yogaclass i was hooked.

Since then i have been on and off the mat trying and exploring many yoga styles and attending workshops and trainings with various teachers so i decided to go for my first yoga for climbers TT in 2019 and i havent stopped learning and teaching since.

Summer 2020 was for me the moment i followed a 200h online Rocket/Ashtanga YTT and after that i immediately started with a 300h creative vinyasa YTT.

Having also finished six level1 and 2 level2 YTT’s in Barcelona, Milan, Lisbon and Brussels with David Kyle, Lita Sattva and David Cabezas i am more than ready to share this passion for Rocket Vinyasa Yoga with you and lay the foundations of a strong Rocket Yoga community in Antwerp.

I absolutely love this style, the structure, transitions, sequence and adore the fusion between breathing and moving from one pose into another, challenging myself and my students into many arm balances, inversions (LOVE handstands!), hipopeners, standing poses, funky transitions and so much more.
