Sacnicte Garcia

Sacnicte grew up in Yucatan Mexico and she’s been living in Texas since 2009. Sacnicte started her yoga practice over 10 years ago, started Rocket Vinyasa System in 2016 and took her first Rocket Teacher Training in 2019.

Besides Rocket Vinyasa, she’s been trained on multiple styles of yoga: Dharma yoga, Progressive Ashtanga, JM Vinyasa, Classic 84, Hatha Intermediate and Hot yoga.  Apart from yoga, she is interested in the field of Psychology and Education, she has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and currently studying a Master in Technology Innovation and Education.

As a teacher she provides an open and safe environment for students to explore, create, assimilate, integrate and experience classic yoga lineages, offering the best of her practice from a space of kindness, compassion, and receptivity.
