Barcelona Rocket Training 2025!

David Kyle, the International Director of Rocket® Yoga Teacher Trainings, will lead a 50-hour Rocket Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in Barcelona, Spain, from June 7-11 , 2025. This training is designed for yoga teachers seeking to specialize in the Rocket® method, a dynamic and accessible approach to Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga developed by Larry Schultz.

Training Overview:

• Dates: June 7-11, 2025

• Location: Terra Veritas, Barcelona

• Schedule: Daily sessions from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including practices, workshops, and lectures.

• Language: Conducted in English

• Investment: $950 USD; $850 USD for alumni.

Curriculum Highlights:

• Rocket Sequences: In-depth study of Rocket I, II, and III series, focusing on techniques to advance personal practice and teaching skills.

• Ashtanga Vinyasa Fundamentals: Exploration of the Ashtanga tradition, including its history, philosophy, and the concept of Tristana (breath, bandhas, drishti).

• Teaching Methodology: Development of effective teaching skills through verbal, visual, and physical adjustments.

• Nervous System Stimulation: Understanding the impact of Rocket sequences on the nervous system to enhance practice and teaching.

Requirements:

• Minimum 200-hour yoga teacher training or equivalent teaching experience.

• At least one year of teaching experience is recommended.

• Prior practice of Rocket® Yoga and/or Ashtanga Yoga with a local mentor is required; if unavailable, please specify your practice background.
