Eleonora Fioravanti

I’m Eleonora, Italian who fell in love with Barcelona 14 years ago, where I am now based. I am a yoga teacher and building engineer, guided by curiosity and a scientific mindset.

I have always been passionate about sports and played volleyball for 12 years, which shaped my connection to movement from an early age.

I began my yoga journey in 2017 and discovered Rocket Yoga in 2018, immediately loved it drawn to its dynamic, liberating, and playful approach.

I completed my first 30-hours Rocket Vinyasa Teacher Training in 2020 with Amanda Quiambao, and continued my studies with David Kyle through 100-hour trainings in 2021 and 2023.

Rocket Yoga has profoundly transformed my body and mind—enhancing strength, flexibility, and supporting nervous system balance—while reshaping my approach to life with greater resilience and openness to change.

My teaching is an invitation to explore movement beyond repetition, using variations to better understand the body.
Deeply passionate about electronic music, I integrate sound into my practice and classes, using rhythm to support focus, flow, and connection—bridging the energy of modern life with the depth of the practice.

Inspired by the principle of panta rei—everything flows—I encourage students to slow down, listen inward, and embrace change with authenticity, both on and off the mat.
