I started practicing yoga in my twenties and was immediately fascinated by how it connected movement, breath, and awareness in such a transformative way. I knew from the beginning that yoga was not just a physical discipline, but something much deeper—a space for self-inquiry, strength, and freedom.

My interest and passion for Rocket Yoga were ignited when I discovered its dynamic and inclusive nature. As my amazing teacher Ambra Vallo often reminded us—quoting Larry Schultz—”You are stronger than you think you are.” That message stayed with me and has become a guiding principle in both my practice and my teaching.

Completing my Rocket 50HR Teacher Training not only deepened my technical understanding of the Rocket sequences, but also inspired me to keep challenging myself in a respectful, mindful way. It reinforced my belief that true progress is measured by commitment, not perfection.

In my classes, I aim to hold space for curiosity, courage, and joy. Rocket invites you to meet yourself exactly where you are—and then launch from there.
