Hi Rocketeers!

I’m Charlotte, from Italy, Milan.

I fell in love with yoga in 2015, and after years of practice and curiosity, I started studying the discipline to share this incredible way of movement (and life) with others.

Hatha studies for years, followed by a formation in Vinyasa, and in 2022 I discovered my passion for Rocket, thanks to my Rocket teacher Christiane. ❤

I decided to go deeper with a TT in Barcelona with David C Kyle, followed by a second one in Milan with Christiane. And in 2025, another Level 1 50hrs training with David in Barcelona.

Over the past 10 years, I have attended several trainings conducted by renowned teachers from all around the world. However, none of them have resonated with me as much as the Rocket trainings did.

The reason being the perfect blend of creativity, practice evolution, and respect for the Yogic traditions that these trainings offer. These are the “pillars” that have always been crucial to me while creating Flows and leading a class.

So, thank you, Rocket!

Thank you for the freedom in your flows, for the main sequences that serve as a solid point of reference, and for giving me the ability to create a playlist that finally can include some Techno Electronic tracks =)

And most importantly, I would like to express my gratitude to all my teachers for this incredible journey.
