Hi!

My name is Abril Estrada and I’m a Authorized Rocket Yoga teacher!
My journey to Rocket Yoga has been very rewarding and challenging. I’ve prepared extensively to become certified, and I hope to take the advanced training very soon. My yoga journey began in Monterrey, studying the Mandala Vinyasa system, and I never stopped. I continued with Soul Yoga, then Tripsichore and complete 200hr of Ashtanga, but I practiced Rocket Yoga the whole time, though I wasn’t ready to take the first certification.  Then I came across Dharma Yoga, where I completed 500 hours, until I finally took the plunge and completed my first 50 hours of Rocket Yoga. I hope to complete my other 50 hours soon, and I’m continuing to practice my handstand so I can take the advanced course. See you around!
