Anne Drah Rocket Vinyasa Certification with Ambra in Milan June 2026

Hola 🌞My name is Anne; I live in Düsseldorf and love movement. I never imagined that—after completing my yoga teacher training in Australia (200 hours of Vinyasa and Hatha) and Thailand (300 hours of multistyle)—I would evolve from someone who enjoyed swimming, dancing, and horseback riding into a dedicated and passionate yoga teacher.
My training in Thailand is also what led me to Rocket Yoga 🚀—and I fell in love with it instantly! In February 2025, I successfully completed my Rocket teacher training (100 hours) with David Kyle in Puerto Rico and after that i couldn’t stop. Trainings with David Cabezas Sanches and Ambra Vallo depend my practice and teaching skills.

Yoga holds a very special place in my life; through physical and mental practice, I’ve learned to regulate my inner fire (and I don’t just mean my hair) and channel my overactive mind in a meaningful way. For me, teaching yoga is a form of meditation. Seeing my students leave a class feeling satisfied and balanced gives me so much energy!

My Motto:
Take it easy; view your practice as a box of surprises. Anything can happen—nothing has to—and you will see that you walk away from every session with something. Sometimes with the realization that you are stronger than you think, sometimes that there are no limits.
