Sara Shaffer

Through instruction, Sara aims to give back to her Rocket community all the wisdom and love it has shown her. She’s completed a 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga teaching certification, a 100-hour Rocket Vinyasa certification under Kevin C, an additional 30-hour Rocket training with Andre Harris, and is currently working to complete her 500-hour Dharma certification at the Dharma Yoga Center in NYC.

Sara is forever a student. She loves to travel and always has a yoga mat in her suitcase. You can find her teaching classes in Fairfax, Falls Church, and Arlington, VA.
