Gioia Buonaiuto Rocket Vinyasa Certification with David in Florence 2026

I am a 200-hour certified Vinyasa yoga teacher who enjoys yoga as both a physical practice and a spiritual way of life. I am also interested in the therapeutic and medical aspects of yoga, which led me to study with the The Yoga Institute in Mumbai, where I learned how to support the rehabilitation of patients who have undergone cancer treatment, including chemotherapy and radiotherapy.

I decided to join the Inspired Rocket Teacher Training to improve my yoga practice and to develop the skills needed to teach more challenging asanas in the future.
