Stephanie Carroll Rocket Vinyasa Certification with David Kyle at Miami Life Center 2025

Stephanie first stepped on her yoga mat nearly 20 years ago when she took a class at a local gym, but didn’t become truly passionate about it until 7 years ago. Yoga is now part of her daily life. She completed her 200-hour YTT in 2020 with Alanna Kaivalya. She discovered Rocket Yoga in April 2022 and has been hooked ever since! She completed 75 hours of Rocket training with Amber Jean at the Yoga Ah! Studio and 50 hours of Rocket training with David Kyle through the Miami Life Center.

What draws Stephanie to Rocket and what she brings to every class she teaches is this: the challenge is the gift, and accessibility is your superpower. This practice asks you to show up fully to sweat, laugh, maybe even fall, and always choose what serves you in the moment. She believes that real strength isn’t about forcing your body into shapes; it’s about listening deeply and moving with intention. Modifications aren’t Plan B or a lesser version of the pose they’re how you claim ownership of your practice and honor exactly where you are today. Rocket Yoga blends the intensity of a powerful flow with the playfulness of exploration, creating space for you to test your limits without losing your sense of joy.

When you step onto your mat with her, you’re not trying to fit into the pose or match anyone else’s practice. You’re making the practice fit you, your body, your breath, and your edge. That’s where the real empowerment lives: in the freedom to choose your own expression, to build heat and find ease, to fly when you’re ready and stay grounded when that serves you better. Every time you make a choice that honors your body, you’re practicing the most radical form of self-empowerment there is.

She recently retired from her 9-5 desk job and is thrilled to embark on this new chapter of life, sharing her passion and what she loves with others one breath, one flow, and one empowered choice at a time.
