Ciao!

My name is Alessandra, I’m a yoga teacher and contemporary professional dancer. I lived in Amsterdam for 7 years; while pursuing my career as a dancer, yoga came to my path. I discovered a practice that made me connect deeply with myself. I really started taking care of myself and my body, in addition to dance that often gave me sore muscles and mental stess.
After practicing for several years I decided to attend my first YTT (200hr Hatha/Vinyasa).

I started my Rocket journey with Christiane Terrone (50h Rocket YTT)  and I completely fell in love with the practice. I recently attended my second Rocket TT with David Kyle in Barcelona (50h Rocket YTT).
Right now, I mainly teach Vinyasa and Rocket classes.

My classes focus mainly on finding the right balance between strenght and flexibility both physically and mentally in order to live every day life more connected and grounded.
And why not?! I can let your spirit dance through improvisation dance classes.
