From WEDNESDAY May 1st to TUESDAY May 7th we will be immersing ourselves in the wonderful world of Rocket® Vinyasa Yoga!

50hr ROCKET® VINYASA YOGA TTC CERTIFIED BY YA – LEVEL 1
This teacher training in Progressive Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga specializes in Rocket® Vinyasa sequences is designed to provide an accessible experience in Ashtanga asana and philosophy. Created by Larry Schultz with the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga system as a base, these systems have deep similarities and obvious differences, and by combination of both practices students have a real opportunity to deepen their understanding of themselves.
We will cover the sequences of Rocket® I, Rocket® II and Rocket® III. These series were developed for practitioners to have access to the advanced positions of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th series of Ashtanga Yoga. The vast majority of this training is focused on increasing the student’s ability to meet the positions of the series through the valuable strengthening techniques and drills offered by David’s teachings.
The practitioner will receive a 50-hour certificate. These hours can be used in the Yoga Alliance continuous training towards 500 hours of the “Progressive Ashtanga Yoga Professional Development Program”.

30HR ROCKET® VINYASA YOGA TTC CERTIFIED BY YA – LEVEL 2
*** THIS TRAINING IS OPEN ONLY TO CERTIFIED ROCKET® TEACHERS WITH EXPERIENCE AND ASSESSMENT FROM A LICENSED YOGA TEACHER ***
This is a 30- hour teacher training and practice intensive intended to provide a space where all students are experienced teachers and practitioners well versed in fundamentals within the Rocket® Vinyasa System. Everyone in the training has over 100 hours of Authorized Training Certification and at least 1 year teaching Rocket® Vinyasa Yoga. Level 2 is a more focused and concentrated group of experience teachers who are looking to level up their personal practice and increase the level of their teachings. We cover 100 hrs. of advanced sequencing with classic and new form asana! Teachers for the first time will have certain requirements to graduate the Level 2 training system! Free standing handstands become a requirement as well as the practice of Nauli Kriya. We consider these achievements to be basic representation of a dedicated and daily practice of a Rocket® Teacher.
The practitioner will receive a 30-hour certificate. These hours can be used in the Yoga Alliance continuous training towards 500 hours of the “Progressive Ashtanga Yoga Professional Development Program”.

Level 1 will take place from May 1st – 5th – early bird price of 750US$/700€ until Feb 15th – 950US$/900€ thereafter – a deposit of 400US$/400€ is required to secure your spot in the training (the deposit is non-refundable but transferable to any other future training with David or any of his official facilitators/teacher trainers).
Level 2 will take place from May 5th – 7th – early bird price of 500$/450€ until Feb 15th – 550S$/500€ thereafter – a deposit of 400US$/400€ is required to secure your spot in the training (the deposit is non-refundable but transferable to any other future training with David or any of his official facilitators/teacher trainers).
For those wanting to take both, there is a special price of 1300$/1250eur until Feb 15th – after 1500 US$/1450eur – a deposit of 400 US$/400eur is required to secure your spot pn the training (non-refundable but transferable to any other future training with David’s or any of his official facilitators/trainers).
