Paulo is a yogi, Thai Yoga Massage therapist, vegan, graphic designer, and nature lover from Lithuania. In 2009, he relocated to London, U.K., where his path led him to Ryan Spielman, who introduced him to the Ashtanga Mysore practice. After several years of dedicated practice, Paulo travelled to India – the birthplace of Yoga – where he spent a year living as a nomad, visiting and volunteering in ashrams, yoga schools, and meditation centres, while also exploring surfing, bouldering, and rock climbing.
Upon returning to the U.K., he completed a 500-hour Teacher Training Course with Yoga London and has been teaching group classes in London since 2016. In 2023, Paulo followed another dream and moved to the Algarve in Portugal to live closer to nature (hence the name Paulo – his original Lithuanian name is Paulius). Rocket Yoga has always fascinated him, and he completed his first Rocket Yoga teacher training with Lita Sattva in Lisbon in 2024, followed by another in 2025. He is now offering his classes in Lagos, Portugal.
Paulo’s classes are an extension of his own Yoga practice, meditation, and healing arts. He believes that when we take good care of our bodies and minds, our inner spirit can express itself in infinite ways of joy and freedom. Jay!
