Always passionate about movement and sport, Ilaria discovered yoga few years ago when change was needed in her life.

Since, she keeps learning and exploring different forms and expressions of movement. After learning mainly about Ashtanga and Vinyasa in India, she continued her yoga journey with Ambra Vallo, discovering with her Rocket for the first time. It was then with David Kyle in 2021 that she deepened her understanding of Rocket, appreciating many different elements of this practice. The journey starts now.

Italian born, she lives and teaches in Lausanne, Switzerland.
